Roadnetic Terms of Service

1. Provider

Roadnetic is provided by SOVASH LLC.

2. Recordkeeping, not professional advice

Roadnetic helps users record, classify, review, and export mileage and expenses. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or professional advice.

3. Tracking accuracy

Automatic tracking depends on device sensors, location services, permissions, battery settings, operating-system behavior, GPS availability, and other conditions. Roadnetic does not guarantee that every drive will be detected or that every route, distance, place name, classification, or timestamp will be error-free. Review records before relying on them.

4. Mileage values

Mileage rates and estimated/potential mileage values are provided for recordkeeping convenience. Roadnetic does not determine tax deductibility, reimbursement entitlement, filing treatment, or compliance with a tax authority.

5. Permissions

Automatic tracking may require precise location, background location, physical-activity recognition, notifications, and appropriate battery/background settings.

6. Roadnetic Pro

Google Play presents applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility/duration, renewal terms, and purchase conditions. Manage or cancel subscriptions through Google Play. Deleting Roadnetic does not cancel a subscription.

7. Your records

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of information you enter and for keeping independent backups or exports of important records.

8. Third-party services

Roadnetic may rely on Android, Google Play, Google Maps Platform, and geocoding/location-name services.

9. Availability and intellectual property

We may improve or change features subject to applicable law and platform rules. Roadnetic software, designs, names, logos, and original content are owned by SOVASH LLC or its licensors.

10. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadnetic is provided “as is” and “as available.” Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except that mandatory protections of your jurisdiction remain applicable.
