Roadnetic Data Requests & Deletion

How to remove local Roadnetic records and request help from SOVASH.

Roadnetic is local-first. Most Roadnetic mileage, route, expense, receipt, vehicle, client, and preference records are stored in Roadnetic's private app storage on your device.

Delete individual records

Roadnetic provides individual deletion where supported. Trips can be deleted together with their route points and trip metadata. Expenses can be deleted and Roadnetic removes an unreferenced receipt copy it owns. Clients can be deleted and existing trip/expense client links are cleared. Receipt attachments can be removed or replaced. Vehicles can currently be archived/restored; complete local deletion removes them.

Delete all local Roadnetic data

Use Roadnetic's Delete Local Data control when available, or clear Roadnetic app storage through Android settings. Roadnetic's Delete Local Data process disables automatic detection, requires that no trip is actively recording, clears Roadnetic's local database, clears DataStore preferences, and removes Roadnetic-owned receipt/camera files and cached exports.

Uninstall Roadnetic

Normal uninstall removes Roadnetic-owned private app data from the device. Roadnetic's app-data cloud backup and device-transfer backup are disabled.

What local deletion cannot remove

  • PDF, XLSX, CSV, receipt copies, or other files you previously exported, saved, or shared outside Roadnetic.
  • Original photos or documents that you selected from another location.
  • Email or attachments you chose to send through your email provider.
  • Google Play subscription and purchase history.
  • Information already processed or retained by Google Maps, Google Play services, the device/OEM geocoding provider, or another third-party service under its own retention practices.

Deleting Roadnetic data or uninstalling Roadnetic does not cancel Roadnetic Pro. Manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play.

SOVASH support/data requests

Roadnetic does not currently maintain a SOVASH cloud account containing your trip database. If you previously contacted SOVASH support, SOVASH may retain the support correspondence as reasonably necessary for support, security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations.
