Terms of Service
Effective: August 3, 2026 • Last updated: August 3, 2026
1. Provider and scope
These Terms are between you and SOVASH LLC and govern QuoteRescue, Wake Rescue, our websites, and related services. Additional Apple or Google store terms may apply.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use a Service for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
3. License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, SOVASH grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not misuse the Services, interfere with security, bypass purchase controls, use the Services unlawfully, or infringe others’ rights.
4. Your content and responsibilities
You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant us only the rights reasonably necessary to process that information to provide and support the Services. You are responsible for lawful use, accuracy, permissions, and backups.
5. Alarms, reminders, and safety
Wake Rescue and QuoteRescue provide convenience features, not guaranteed emergency, safety, medical, legal, or financial services. Do not rely on a SOVASH app as the sole method for safety-critical alarms, deadlines, medication, emergency response, or other situations where failure could cause harm or loss.
6. Trials and subscriptions
Before purchase, the in-app purchase screen will present the product, billing period, price, trial eligibility and duration where offered, renewal terms, and included features. Unless cancelled before the applicable deadline, an auto-renewing subscription renews and the store account is charged according to the terms displayed at purchase.
7. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Apple App Store or Google Play generally processes in-app payments. Manage or cancel through the store account used to purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable store and mandatory law.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, update, suspend, or discontinue features subject to applicable law and store rules.
9. Intellectual property
The Services, software, designs, names, logos, and original content are owned by SOVASH LLC or its licensors.
10. Third-party services
The Services may rely on operating systems, app stores, cloud platforms, analytics, email, or other third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies may apply.
11. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOVASH LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the prior twelve months or USD $50, except where prohibited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify SOVASH LLC against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use, your content, or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except that mandatory consumer protections of your residence remain applicable.
16. Apple-specific terms
For an app obtained through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and SOVASH LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms against you.
17. Export controls
You may not use or export the Services in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.
18. Force majeure
SOVASH is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages, network failures, natural disasters, government action, or labor disruptions.
19. Severability and waiver
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement regarding the Services, except for additional terms presented for a specific feature or purchase.
21. Changes
We may update these Terms for changes to Services, law, or business practices. We will update the date above and provide notice where required.
