1. Who we are

SOVASH LLC (“SOVASH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is the developer and publisher of QuoteRescue, Wake Rescue, and related services.

2. Information you provide

• Support messages, email address, attachments, and troubleshooting details.
• Business or quote information entered in QuoteRescue, such as customer names, contact details, estimate amounts, notes, status, and follow-up dates.
• Preferences, settings, and records you create within an app.

3. Information processed automatically

• Basic device and app information such as app version, operating-system version, device type, language, and diagnostic timestamps.
• Usage events used to understand reliability and feature use.
• Crash and diagnostic information when enabled.
• Purchase status and product identifiers supplied by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive your full payment-card number from those stores.

4. QuoteRescue

QuoteRescue is designed to store quote and follow-up information on your device. On supported Apple versions, optional iCloud or CloudKit synchronization may store app data in your private iCloud database under Apple’s controls. Notifications are used for reminders you schedule. Privacy-focused analytics may be used to understand app reliability and feature use.

5. Wake Rescue

Wake Rescue may process alarm schedules, challenge preferences, movement or activity signals, completion status, and activity history to operate alarms and wake challenges. Sensor signals are not intended to diagnose health or fitness. App records are generally stored locally unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

6. Permissions

Our apps may request notifications, alarms, activity recognition, motion sensors, background operation, or similar permissions. Permissions are used only for the feature explained at the time of request.

7. How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and troubleshoot app functionality.
• Deliver alarms, reminders, notifications, and requested support.
• Validate purchases and provide paid features.
• Understand performance, prevent abuse, and improve usability.
• Comply with law and enforce our terms.

8. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by providers that help operate our services, including Apple, Google, cloud synchronization, analytics, crash reporting, email, and hosting providers. We may also disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or in a business transaction.

9. Retention

Local app data remains until you delete records, reset the app, or uninstall it, subject to device backups. Support correspondence is retained as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

10. Your choices and rights

You may change permissions, disable notifications, delete local records, uninstall an app, manage platform cloud data, and contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Rights vary by jurisdiction and may be subject to legal exceptions.

11. California privacy rights

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information and to receive information about disclosures. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law.

12. EEA, UK, and Swiss users

Where applicable, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the services, consent, and compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, or port personal data and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

13. Data deletion

Instructions are available on our Data Requests page. Where data exists only on your device or private platform account, we may not possess or be able to delete it for you.

14. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

15. Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

16. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where service providers operate.

17. Changes

We may update this policy when our apps, providers, or legal obligations change. We will update the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
